Optare Solutions is a Consulting Company focused in OSS (especially in fulfillment platforms) exclusively for Telcos.
Founded in 2002 by people already involved in telecommunications, Optare began working from its beginning with the launching of ULL services (voice and broadband) in an emerging Spanish telco. After one year we began our first fulfillment project and became one of the first partners of Metasolv Software in Spain.
Between 2005 and 2006 we got more involved in the market becoming members of the TMForum and growing in number of clients and projects (cable operators, MVNO’s, convergent products…).
In the last 3 years we have completed projects in Europe and Northern Africa for System Integration and Professional Services, both for telco companies and big consultancy firms.
